Problem:
I can not print work order and do work order analysis , The error message is something like “Error: Duplicate output alias “Location” (#3062 SRC: getrecordset)“.
Solution:
Please make sure that you did not create a custom field that has a name identical to an existing item. For example a custom field called Location on Tasks+Work Orders clashes with the existing Location field. If this is the case, rename this custom field something else say “Store“, “Area“, etc. You can get similar errors if you name a custom field Category, Task, Person and so on. So make sure to avoid such names for custom fields that are also used by the system.
